I can help you:

  • Get "unstuck" and develop support systems & strategies that actually work
  • Identify the internal and external barriers that may have held you back
  • Establish a peaceful, trusting relationship with your brain and your body

Why I do this work:

As someone living with ADHD myself, I know how exhausting it is to try to fit into neurotypical boxes — and how maddening it is to be told it's 'just depression,' that we lack motivation, or that we don't care. Nothing could be further from the truth.

We want to succeed. But we end up stuck and overwhelmed.

We care deeply. We have big ideas and a desire to thrive, but internal and external barriers often leave us frustrated and paralyzed.

An adult diagnosis comes with many emotions, including:

  • Relief that finally there's an answer for why you've always felt different
  • Resentment and anger reflecting on the years of difficulty you've endured without the help you needed
  • Grief for the life you could have lived if only someone had understood and recognized the signs
  • Pride in how far you've come, despite it all
  • Hope for an opportunity to rewrite your story and finally build a life that works with your brain, not against it

Together, we will navigate the overwhelm and untangle the physical and emotional effects of lifelong masking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, burnout, chronic illness, and co-occurring anxiety or shame.
